There is also a weekly challenge to earn 5 points. Here is the week challenge that finished last night:
(The challenge was posted by my friend Gus, so Im quoting her)
BICYCLE CRUNCHES! Start counting with the right leg and do as much as you can. One shot! Don't try to do it several times a day. You MUST bring those legs high.. otherwise do not think that you worked your abs and midsection. IF you put your feet on the floor, then stop counting and the challenge is done. So keep those feet up!
Please find bellow the instructions (thanks to sparkpeople). Enjoy!!!
Starting position
Begin by lying on your back, placing your hands behind your ears. Do not put your hands clasped behind your head. Lift your legs in the air and bend your knees so that your legs form a 90 degree angle.

Action
Move your legs in a bicycle motion. When your left knee is closer to your body, reach your right your elbow to it. When your right knee is closer to your body, reach your left elbow to it. Try performing the exercise for 60 seconds in 2 sets.

Muscles Worked:
Abs, Obliques
I couldnt do the challenge on time, so I was suppose to did it for ME today: Yeah right!! that is not going to happen!!! After I counted 7, I started feeling this AWFUL pain in my c-section incision... I had a vaginal birth with my first daughter in 2003, but I had a c-section in 2006 and another one in 2007. The one of 2007 was accompanied by a Tubal sterilization (cutting my tubes, not tying them)... Sometimes, I feel a bit of pain there, but today was awful!!! I certainly won't be trying that excercise soon.
If somebody that is reading, try to do it, please post a comment with how many you were able to do!!!
