Day 11 = Tell everybody

I think a good step to take is to inform all the people that you can that you are changing your eating habits. If you dont tell people, your family and friends, will sabotage your efforts without knowing. I mean, last Sunday, my mom came with Pizza. Yesterday, my uncle came with chinesse food and ice cream, and today my mom came with pizza again!! I mean, she knows we are trying to lose weight, but she called and asked if we had dinner, we said no, and she offered herself to invite us food. The easiest and fastest thing to order is pizza, so pizza it was.

So, I ate two slices and hubby ate three. I didnt even enjoy it because it makes me feel guilty. From now on, we are going to try to TELL PEOPLE, to TELL EVERYBODY, and to try to get them to respect what we are doing. During dinner, and yesterday during lunch with my uncle, we talked about how we are trying to eat healthier, so it may work.
