When I lost weight, I did it because I realized that I needed to change my lifestyle. It was not just a matter of doing a diet to lose weight; it was to make the commitment of being healthier, and the weight lost was just a consecuence of that. I know a couple who is overweight, and they lost a lot of pounds with a "Everything Fried" diet. I couldnt find a link for it, but what's the deal with losing weight, but not being healthy?? I love them both to pieces, but I think that weight lost and healthy eating should be together.
The tech came a couple of days ago and checked my fridge. He needs to take it to his place, so he will come back next Tuesday for that. We have been surviving with our micro-freezer, but the girls stuff take a lot of the little space it has.
