Day 12 = Knowing your daily calorie limit

I knew there was something weird about the calories allowed from the calorie calculator.... Browsing around I realized I have BOTH calories counter with a wrong limit. I think that it doesnt matter what kind of method you are using to lose weight, we all need to watch our calories.

I received one of the daily newsletter that I get from SparkPeople, and it says that I need to consume between 1330 and 1680 calories per day, not up to 1981 as I had before. This now makes sense. It was being so easy to stay under 1981, and I know that now it's going to be way more difficult to keep it lower.

After googling around a lot, I reach to the conclusion that my calorie intake each day have to be less than 1600 (hubby should be less than 1900)... Now this make sense!!!! From all the tools that I found online, I think the most accurate one is at Free Dieting (click here for the calculator).

And just for fun, here is a tool that gives you an estimate of how many calories you burn with several activities and exercises, including sex. Have fun!

yes MUCH more sense! I thought maybe that was breast feeding allowance or something....
